“When choosing a heated tour, keep in mind they have to enclose the space. it was very very difficult to see anything through the encloser. Therefore, I was left disappointed. Especially when there was a light structure on the other side of the boat; the view was obstructed by other passengers. They would stand up to see and those of on other side couldn’t see. The tour guide was good. Very informative and kind. He’s the only reason I’m giving this 3 stars. It was warm as promised. But remember there is a trade-off. If I had it to do again, I’d book a tour that promised a warm blanket…”

“Unfortunately there weren’t many memorable moments. The onboard team was friendly and very attentive. There was a steady flow of drinks. There were many silent moments in between the location of the art installations. It was difficult to see some of the installations especially the hanging ones as there were no windows on the top of the boat. The regular canal cruise was so much better and so much more informative. Even in similar weather and in the evening we could see outside. Very disappointed. Tour company really appears to have been too greedy with this one with wrong choice of boat. The onboard team unfortunately wasn’t able to make…”
