“Free drinks - we were lucky to get 3 wines - we had to ask for 2 of these Free nobles - were a small pack.of mixed Crackers, it was £10 more for a cheese baord Poor boat repair - the plastic flap to enclose the inside of the boat was broken so the freezing cold wind was blowing inside the boat for the entire journey Overall this was the most disappointing things in our trip to Amserdam - so much so we complained about the trip and they offered us 25% refund, which I have refused and expect a full refund!!”
