“Viator told me museum was booked for months but I could have gotten tickets for the museum for that day for less than 1/4 of the price. Said I’d skip the line. Everyone skips the ticket purchase line b/c everyone buys tickets on line. Told me self guided tour was extended because Viator customer. Not true. A lie.
